Colliers Arnold agents John W. Stone, CCIM, and Jason Stanton, CCIM, in Clearwater, Florida along with Jim Garinger, CCIM, SIOR, and Andrew Falde, CCIM, from the Fort Myers office facilitated the marketing and disposition of the property. During the marketing period the property was less than 40% occupied and in need of significant renovations. Colliers Arnold successfully negotiated the transaction which closed on March 3, 2009 for $1,500,000 representing $17,857 per unit.
